Every position comes with a contract of 40 hours a week and a shared apartment arranged by the employer for €400–450 a month. Pay is per hour, before tax. Choose a role and we take care of the rest.
Hourly rates and allowances are gross figures set by the employer and confirmed in the contract. Accommodation is a shared apartment offered by the employer; the €400–450 monthly rent is paid by the employee. Positions for drivers require approval from the German Employment Office (Bundesagentur für Arbeit), which we apply for as part of the work-permit process.

Is accommodation included?
The employer offers a place in a shared apartment, so you do not have to find housing yourself. The rent of €400–450 a month is paid by you, usually deducted from salary.
What does "Employment Office approval" mean?
For driver positions, the German Employment Office (Bundesagentur für Arbeit) must approve the hiring of a non-EU worker before the visa is issued. We prepare and file this application together with the employer.
Do I need to speak German?
Nurses and social workers must hold a B2 German certificate and pass an interview. For the driver and electrician positions, language is not a listed requirement — basic German makes the start easier and we can arrange a course before departure.

What do electricians need?
A vocational diploma in electrical work. Diplomas are checked for recognition before the contract is signed.
