ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

The aim of the project is to raise awareness of challenges and problems facing the European’s youth and promote the ERASMUS+ activities especially for the people who are in rural area. As young people who live in rural areas have less chance to reach the information about the ERASMUS and its opportunities however they need more then their peers. Because these people with fewer opportunities needs more chances to develop their skills for labor market, for their families and themselves, for their local societies and for the country in large perspective.

ACCOMMODATION, FOOD AND TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS

We will provide accommodation in shared rooms (house) few persons per room. Accommodation is around 1km from office so it is like 10-15 minutes by walk. Food will be arranged based on COVID-19 situation, it can be prepared at house, assiociation or restaurant/delivery based on agreement with volunteers on first day. Transport cost to Daruvar is based on erasmus distant band calculator. For planning travel our team will give you full support to make your travel as easy as possible.

TRAINING DURING THE ACTIVITY

Upon arrival we will have welcome/orientational training where we will give all specific information about project and organise schedule for volunteering team. Also during your stay we will organise based on needs additional trainings and provide full support for professional development of volunteers.

PARTICIPANT PROFILE

We are searching volunteers that are openminded with different skills, eg. photography, video making, social media expert, writing skills, creative person. As we are small community but really multicultural (In Daruvar there is only around 50% of Croatians) we want to enrich our community more.
