SCHOOL EXPERIENCE

Students live with a Canadian host family and attend the local public or private high school.Ttwo different programs are offered:

  1. A NON-CREDITED PROGRAM: For those students wishing to come to

Canada on a cultural exchange only and not requiring grades and credits, a lower program cost is offered. Students choosing this option are placed in schools by Nacel Canada.

  1. A CREDITED PROGRAM: For students wanting to gain credits during their program, they will have to pay the full international tuition rates, hence a higher cost. Students choosing the

credit option can choose the school they wish to attend. International students become an

integral part of the school community when they get involved in the school’s sports, arts, and cultural teams and clubs. Nacel offers programs in both English and French Canada. In English

Canada students may choose a placement in Atlantic Canada (Prince Edward Island), in Western Canada (Manitoba, British Columbia) as well as in Montreal. International students are offered

to attend a short term non credited homestay and school integration program in Winnipeg, Manitoba (from 8 up to 16 weeks). English Tutorial: for students who need to improve their English level before the start of the school year, Nacel Canada offers an English tutorial of 3 weeks intensive classes

SCHOOL SYSTEM
