Sales Manager – Lead Republik

Job description:

 

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Generating new sales using existing and potential customers
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
  • Develop new business with existing clients or identify areas of improvement
  • Forecast sales results
  • Collaborate with the sales team
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly reports
Job requirements:

 

  • Results-driven: must be a driven person with a strong ambition to succeed
  • Ability and willingness to work out with the usual 9-5 office hours with a ‘go the extra mile’ approach
  • Proven account management or relevant experience
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of key campaign metrics
  • Ability to work quickly and close negotiations in a timely manner in the fast paced and ever changing Network environment
  • Ability to prioritize over competing tasks
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Be proactive, results-oriented as well as honest, and trustworthy
  • Be a team player and dedication to delivering great results

 

Desirable:

  • Some technical understanding of ad operations and campaign tracking is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
