Travel and paperwork, sorted

No visa for a 3- or 6-week camp

Albanian citizens with a biometric passport enter Switzerland visa-free for up to 90 days in the Schengen area, so even both sessions stay well inside the limit. The passport should be valid for at least three months after the return date.

Parental consent for a minor

A child travelling without both parents needs a notarised consent declaration. We prepare it with you, together with the school's medical and registration forms.

Travel insurance

Every camper needs travel and medical insurance valid in Switzerland for the whole stay. We arrange a policy that matches the dates and the activities chosen.

Getting to Leysin

Geneva is the nearest international airport, about two hours from the campus. We book the flights from Tirana and confirm the arrival-day arrangements with the school.

Frequently asked questions

Does my child need to speak English already?

No. Campers who want to improve can take the English track in the morning, and the staff speak 15 languages between them. For the leadership and enrichment tracks a working level of English helps; we can check your child's level at the consultation.

Can siblings of different ages go together?

Yes. They attend the same session on the same campus, and each joins the programme for their age: Junior for 9–12, Senior for 13–16.

What is included in the CHF 9,500?

The three-week programme: morning programme, afternoon club, daily activities, evening socials, Fantastic Fridays and the Swiss weekend day trips, with residence and meals on campus. Overnight European trips (CHF 1,500 each), flights, insurance and any programme supplement are extra.

When should we book?

As early as possible. Programmes and clubs are chosen at registration and the most popular ones fill first. Contact us this winter to secure the session and choices you want.
