Due to the high standards and competitiveness of private high schools in the United States, strong English proficiency and excellent academic performance are important prerequisites for acceptance into the program. Students are required to take the TOEFL test before applying.

SCHOOL EXPERIENCE
The majority of the partner schools work exclusively with this program for student’s safety and success. Students are hosted by families from the local school community, further enhancing the cultural exchange experience. Program Plus: Students will attend a group orientation within 30 days of arrival and will be offered to attend two group activities – one per semester.
SCHOOL PROFILES
Private high schools may or may not have a religious affiliation; however, they welcome students from all faiths. Some of them require students to wear a school uniform; others have a specific dress code. Size varies and the student body ranges from 200 up to 1000 students. All schools offer a safe study environment and excellent academic, arts and sports facilities. Extracurricular activities are offered in all schools:
some of them place an emphasis on sports (popular sports like Baseball, Basketball, Football etc. but also more specific sports like Golf or Ice Hockey) and/or on Arts and Music (choirs, bands, drama, photography etc.). Many social clubs are also available. Most schools offer Advanced Placement (AP) and Honors courses. PSP students are
preparing for college entrance and are committed to their studies at distinguished private schools. Nacel selects the most suitable schools based on the student’s profile,preferences, interests and budget.
