Job brief
We are looking for an experienced incoming tourist agent who is passionate about travelling to join our team. You will manage travel requirements made and you will provide tourism related services and package tours on behalf of our suppliers. The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.
Main responsibilities
- Planning and selling transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
- Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
- Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers
- Creating, negotiating and selling standard and customized travel tours in Albania and the Balkans.
- Constant update of social media feed
Requirements
- Proven work experience in the Travel Industry
- Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems
- Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus
- Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
- Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
