Training & Content Lead, Amazon/E-commerce Expert

They’re looking  for a Training & Content Lead with Amazon Selling expertise to grow our team in Austin, TX and help ensure that all customers are receiving the right onboarding and training at the right time.  Reporting to the Manager of Customer Experience, you will act as a subject matter expert in the Amazon space, coordinating the efforts to build the optimal customer training and onboarding journey to maximize our education and retention efforts as we continually nurture and expand our customers’ Amazon knowledge.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Video, Design and Marketing teams, as well as Product Management, Customer Support and UX, leveraging existing touchpoints and making sure that Amazon training and education efforts are consistent and effective. You will create, develop, evaluate and deliver training and other educational content to successfully onboard our customers, drive great customer experiences that facilitate quick time to value, making sure users are well-versed in the Jungle Scout tools and Amazon space, keeping them consistently engaged and guiding them throughout their journey.

What you’ll do:

  • Advanced live training. Coordinate and support the execution of customer training and onboarding initiatives to improve retention, enabling customers to get the most out of Jungle Scout. Constantly evaluate training offerings for quality, measure business impact and scalability.
  • Amazon Selling expert. Grow and maintain a subject matter expertise in the Amazon space as well as knowledge of our competitors and competitive products to provide feedback and suggestions to improve our overall service and training offerings.
  • Educational content creation. Create educational content for our Academy, manage new and existing courses as well as presentations and additional educational resources to support our customers in their Amazon journey.
  • Video content collaboration. Collaborate with our Affiliates’, Video and Marketing teams to support brand awareness, providing live demos/best practices for new and existing features.
  • Usability and Experience feedback. Test the experience of new features introduced and provide usability and experience feedback to UX and Product teams.
  • Collaborate. Maintain strong, complementary relationships with team members in the Product, Marketing and Design departments to collaborate in any shared initiatives.

Who You Are:

  • Amazon / E-commerce expert. At least 2 years of experience as an Amazon seller, you know your way in and out of Seller Central, the needs and processes. Alternatively, you have worked with e-commerce tools, brands, agencies, or consulting for Amazon stores or sellers.
  • Live training expert. Customer ­facing training experience, ideally around the Amazon space and helping customers giving live training in using SaaS products.
  • Content creator. You have the ability to create educational content in written and video formats, such as product tutorials and live demos, presentations with slides, visuals and additional resources.
  • Great communicator. Extremely strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with great video presence to present and host different online training series.
  • Technically savvy. And able to quickly learn new products and applications in order to be able to develop training programs for those products.
  • Collaborator and a team player! Who thrives in a rapidly changing, fast ­growing environment and can build extremely strong working relationships across teams, especially when there is shared ownership over some aspects of the customer experience.
  • Bonus: Bilingual or more (Spanish, German, Italian), comfortable on camera to create written and video educational content in that language.
